Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a warehouse, parts running, or similar role is preferred but not required.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and external vendors.
-
Ability to follow instructions and maintain a high level of accuracy in parts management.
-
Basic knowledge of vehicle parts and tools is a plus.

Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 90 lbs).
-
Capability to perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, and kneeling as necessary.
Duties:
-
Execute parts orders as directed by the Purchasing Manager, Sales Assistant or Sales Rep.

Restock parts for sale behind office
-
Pack and organize orders according to provided packing slips, ensuring accuracy in part counts and specifications.

Ensure inventory levels are regularly checked and updated, notifying the Purchasing Manager when stock is low or items need to be reordered
-
Ensure the proper unloading and organization of parts deliveries.
-
Items should be stored and arranged in accordance with instructions from the Purchasing Manager.

Perform daily checks of inventory in the shop, warehouse, and storage areas. Return any misplaced or leftover parts to their designated locations.

Stack tires in the dry van and warehouse

Unload containers and bulk items
-
Receive bulk parts from vendors and organize them in the warehouse

Pick up parts from suppliers or vendors as required. For multiple orders, request route planning from the supervisor.

Pick up parts from vendors (long & short distance)

Assist with the daily operations of the repair shop, showroom, and parts department and support to technicians when requested.

Participate in special projects as directed by the Operations Manager.

Act as a support for various departments during busy periods or when additional hands are needed
-
Maintain open communication with the Sales Assistant, Sales Rep & Customer Relations Manager, and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and address any issues related to parts, inventory, or deliveries.

Ensure all parts and equipment are delivered to technicians in a timely manner to prevent delays in repair work

Operate all forklift types

Take scrap to recycle

Prep all wooden pallets and cardboard for disposal

Cut and organize remainings from shipments and place them in dumpster
