We are seeking a PAS Field Supervisor to join our team and help ensure high-quality, compassionate care in both the field and the office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, flexible, and comfortable working directly with clients in their homes as well as supporting office operations when visits are not scheduled.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct initial and supervisory visits to clients in their homes to assess care quality, train attendants, and ensure service plan compliance.
- Complete and submit documentation accurately and in a timely manner following each field visit.
- Support office operations, including follow-up calls, scheduling, paperwork, and coordination, when not conducting visits.
- Respond to urgent care issues or service interruptions in the field.
- Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and staff to support quality outcomes and satisfaction.
- Participate in training, audits, and other projects as assigned by the Office Manager.
Qualifications:
- May have completed two (2) years of full-time study at an accredited college or university; OR may substitute one year of full-time employment in a supervisory capacity in a health care setting for each required year of college.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for home visits.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt between field and office roles as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using electronic documentation systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
