We are seeking a dedicated and organized Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers, facilitating follow-up care as needed.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes to ensure smooth transactions.
- Support the medical office staff with administrative tasks as required, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Stay updated on medical terminology and office procedures to provide informed assistance to patients.
Experience
- Previous experience in medical administrative support is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare setting.
- Experience working in a medical office environment is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $16.50 - $23.51 per hour
