Front Desk Receptionist-
Great hours- Friday OFF
Do you have enthusiasm for wellness chiropractic or natural healthcare? We have a full time position available immediately for the perfect candidate. We are a very busy chiropractic office located in Hershey, PA. We are looking for a self motivated, hard working mature person with great social skills and a strong desire to help patients obtain better health. Must be friendly, highly detail-oriented with the ability to do multiple tasks. Works well in a team environment but highly detailed to handle patient schedules, check charges and answer the phone. Previous front desk experience would be helpful but not a requirement.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and engage every patient with positivity and care
- Assist new patients with paperwork and office orientation
- Manage front desk: phones, scheduling, emails, and daily flow
- Handle patient payments and collections
- Set up care plans and monthly recurring payments
- Work with our electronic EHR system to manage patient records, care plans and schedules
- Keep the reception area clean, calm, and inviting

- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
- Experience in customer service (healthcare/wellness preferred)
- Familiarity with EHR systems a plus (we’ll train the right person!)

Job Type: Full Time
Great Hours:
Long weekends- Friday off every week
Tuesday 10am-2pm only
Office Hours: 36-38 hours per week
Monday- morning and afternoon 7:30am-7:30pm
Wednesday morning and afternoon 7:30am-7:30pm
Thursday morning and afternoon 7:30am-7:30pm
Salary: $17-19 depending on qualifications
