Med Spa Receptionist
Job Summary
Greets and welcomes all guests to med spa with warmth and enthusiasm to insure a
positive first and last impression. Assists clients with all aspects of their interaction with
the med spa from answering clients’ questions, scheduling their appointments, taking
payments and rescheduling additional services.
General Accountabilities
Check clients in and out of med spa
Obtain payments from clients and execute vendor reward programs
Schedule/reschedule client appointments and invite guest to rebook
Suggest additional services, retail products and memberships as appropriate
Call management and telephone etiquette
Assist with completion of opening and closing checklists
Maintain appearance and cleanliness of lobby and reception area
Support and communicate with med spa staff
Job Qualifications -Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
Must be 21 years of age
Basic knowledge of aesthetic and wellness treatments, products and services with 1-2
years of experience as a receptionist in the aesthetic industry
Skills
Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor
Team player with positive ‘can do’ attitude
Tech savvy (Zenoti experience a PLUS)
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Rotating weekends
