Patient Care Technician – Bellevue, WA

Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented healthcare professional looking for a meaningful role in a patient-centered, holistic medical practice? We are seeking a dedicated patient care technician to join our team in Bellevue, WA, where we integrate naturopathic, regenerative, and functional medicine to support optimal health and healing.

What You’ll Do


Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Assist providers with patient care, including rooming patients, taking vitals, and preparing for procedures.
  • Administer IM injections (if certified) under provider direction.
  • Ensure exam rooms are stocked, sanitized, and ready for patient visits.
  • Support patient flow by coordinating with front desk staff and providers.
  • Educate patients on treatments, procedures, and follow-up care.

Administrative & Front Desk Support:

  • Answer and return patient calls, manage voicemails, and handle electronic communications.
  • Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and assist with follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and handle confidential documentation with professionalism.
  • Step in at the front desk when needed to support the team, greet patients warmly, and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
  • Use critical thinking to address patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

What We’re Looking For


  • Certification: Medical Assistant Certification (Preferred, but not required).
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a medical office or clinical setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, strong computer and keyboarding skills.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, ability to multitask, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism: Maintain patient confidentiality and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach.
  • Flexibility & Energy: We’re looking for someone who is charismatic, energetic, and positive—someone who can seamlessly step in at the front desk when needed and contribute to a warm, welcoming patient experience.
  • Interest in Naturopathic Medicine (Preferred): If you're curious about holistic and regenerative medicine, we welcome you to grow with us!
