What You’ll Do:
As a Patient Financial Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in our financial operations, with responsibilities including:
- Posting payments from our Missoula and Satellite offices
- Verifying posted amounts match batch totals
- Scanning and uploading daily batches into our Practice Management System
- Managing and tracking patient Good Faith Estimates (GFEs)
- Staying current with GFE regulations and educating staff
- Providing occasional phone support
What We're Looking For:
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong attention to detail
- Prior experience preferred but not required — we provide on-the-job training!
