Our medical practice in Fairfax and Reston is seeking a dedicated and professional Patient Service Representative to join our team. This full-time position involves administrative responsibilities and requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service to our patients while supporting the efficiency of our practice.
Responsibilities
· Greet and assist patients with a friendly and polished demeanor.
· Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately.
· Handle phone inquiries and correspondence with professionalism.
· Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care.
· Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations.
· Perform general administrative tasks to support the practice's operations.
Qualifications
· At least one year of experience in the medical healthcare service field.
· Supervisory experience is a plus.
· Superior English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
· Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with medical software systems.
· Exceptional ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
· Polished people skills and a commitment to providing excellent patient service.
