Position: Patrolman for Delphos Police Department
Starting Salary: $25.37 to 27.72 per hour (based on experience)

Job Requirements:
- Age: Candidates must be at least 21 years old
- Training: Successful completion of an accredited Ohio Basic Police Officers Training Program is required
- Residency: Candidates should reside in Allen or Van Wert County, or a county contiguous to Allen or Van Wert
- Additional Assessments: The selection process includes various assessments, such as physical and psychological examinations, background checks, and drug screenings
