Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Crew Members to join our paving team. As a Paving Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have some experience with heavy equipment operation and a passion for the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform digging and excavation activities as required for project completion.
- Assist in asphalt installation and finishing processes to ensure high-quality results.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain safety standards on the construction site.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license, CDL preferred.
- Experience in heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Familiarity with construction site practices and procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with crew members.
