As Administrative Assistant for Value Engineering, you will support the Administrative Lead with clerical duties such as responding to emails, scheduling appointments, reviewing documents, data entry and other assigned tasks. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude to join the team as we connect people and communities by providing innovative transportation solutions to the greater Lansing and Detroit areas.
Specifically you will…
- Assist in monitoring emails
- Assist in organizing company files
- Assist in keeping training logs updated
- Assist in developing training plans
- Assist with Invoicing
- Assist with company payroll procedures
- Assist with business finance operations
- Register management for events as directed
- Post open positions on new sites twice weekly as directed
- Schedule phone screenings and schedule interviews as directed
- Prepare new hire documents
- Post vacancies in multiple areas as directed
- Pre-approve applicants questionnaire responses
- Schedule rental showings
- Assist with building or rentals maintenance requests/needs

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
