Are you ready to take the next step in your healthcare career? At Abrazo Arrowhead Campus, we’re seeking compassionate, reliable, and team-driven Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our Medical-Surgical Unit during full-time day shifts.
In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our care team—helping patients feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout their recovery.
- Support nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care
- Assist with personal hygiene, vital signs, bed changes, and mobility
- Serve meals, offer nourishment, and help maintain a clean environment
- Prepare and care for medical equipment and supplies
- Work closely with RNs and supervisors under clear and supportive guidance
✔️ Minimum:
- High School Diploma/GED OR valid CNA or PCA/PCT certificate
- Current CPR certification
- Willingness to complete EKG training for designated units
- One year experience in an acute care setting
- CNA/LNA certified through the Arizona State Board of Nursing
