Job Summary
The People & Culture Coordinator will serve as a key driver of our talent strategy and organizational excellence. This individual will support the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing top-tier candidates to delivering exceptional onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success. Beyond talent management, this role requires a versatile professional who can seamlessly transition between strategic HR initiatives and high-impact administrative projects. The successful candidate will leverage technology and data-driven insights to optimize processes, enhance employee experiences, and support organizational growth through innovative people and operational solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
People & Culture
Talent Acquisition
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Source, screen, and interview candidates using innovative recruiting techniques and modern HR technology platforms
Support the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer negotiation and acceptance
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes
Employee Onboarding & Integration
Support comprehensive onboarding programs that accelerate new hire integration and productivity
Coordinate pre-boarding activities, first-day logistics, and 90-day check-in processes
Collaborate with IT and Facilities teams to ensure seamless workspace and technology setup
Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, checklists, and digital resources
Gather feedback from new hires and managers to continuously enhance the onboarding experience
Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data accuracy
Administrative Services
Cross-Functional Project Support
Lead and coordinate special projects across multiple departments
Support organizational initiatives requiring cross-functional collaboration
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
Operational Excellence
Streamline administrative processes and identify efficiency improvements
Support executive team with strategic initiatives and special projects
Coordinate events, meetings, and company-wide communications
Manage administrative systems and vendor relationships as needed
General Administrative Support
Provide high-level administrative support to the Administrative Services team
Assist with budget tracking and expense management
Support compliance activities and policy implementation

Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or currently pursuing a degree program
1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or project management
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems, ATS platforms, and project management software
Strong technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certification in HR (PHR, SHRM-CP) or Project Management (PMP, Agile)
Experience with process improvement or operational excellence
Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements
Competitive salary commensurate with experience: $40,000 – $46,000

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Primarily office-based
Occasional travel to PACE centers, conferences, meetings, and other professional activities
Standard office environment with minimal physical demands
Physical Requirements: Keyboarding/dexterity: frequently; activity exists up to 75% of the time
Communication: ability to read, speak, and hear in English.
Strength: sedentary position (exerting up to 10lbs of force occasionally)
Standing/Walking: Occasionally; activity exists up to 25% of the time
