- Analyze performance across channel marketing campaigns, path-to-purchase journeys, browsing and intent patterns, and the full digital customer experience to uncover quick wins, personalization enhancements, and long-term improvements to drive conversion and customer acquisition—both in-channel and on-site/in-app
- Drive innovation through insights—leveraging customer feedback and research, data analysis, user testing, emerging technologies and market trends
- Develop performance marketing strategies by understanding key business objectives; diagnosing and mapping requirements; articulating risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; and preparing time and cost estimates
- Communicate direction, priorities, and data-supported performance marketing solutions, objectives, and KPIs to internal teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and the executive team—fostering collaboration and accountability across teams in a fast-paced environment
