Captura Hall is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive leadership team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive attitude to anticipate and handle a wide range of responsibilities. The ideal candidate will help optimize day-to-day operations while maintaining the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
Screen calls and handle email correspondence
Handle confidential documents with discretion
Run errands and assist with personal tasks as needed
Track and manage project timelines and deliverables
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
