Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Personal/Salon Assistant to join our team in a unique salon environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our stylists and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized salon environment while assisting with appointments, customer service, and inventory management. Duties
- Sweep and maintain clean salon station by regularly removing hair and product debris.
- Wash and sanitize color bowls and tools before and after use.
- Assist in styling hair for clients, ensuring they leave satisfied.
- Clean and organize stylist stations at the end of each appointment.
- Mix hair color and other products directed by stylist.
- Help apply hair color and products to clients under the supervision of stylists.
- Take photos and videos for social media promotion and marketing.
- Answer phone calls promptly and assist with booking new clients.
- Wash client's hair, ensuring a refreshing and pleasant experience.
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Cosmetologist or Hairstylist in the state of Florida.
- Previous experience in assisting with a salon setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Friendly and personable demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Open-minded and receptive to feedback, willing to learn and adapt.
- Eager to participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Professional appearance and attitude, representing the salon positively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per day
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
