Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires a blend of personal care skills, patience, and the ability to follow care plans while respecting member's rights.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities which may include bathing, meal preparation, laundry, shopping and errands, and light housekeeping.
- Maintain client confidentiality while providing quality care.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with the elderly is preferred. Previous PCA experience a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients.
- A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required.

With 90 days of employment, we offer a $250 sign-on bonus, and a $1/hour pay increase.
We offer full-time and part-time positions with flexible schedules.
