Job Summary
As the Administrator, you will oversee daily operations of both homes, lead a team of dedicated caregivers, and ensure residents receive exceptional care in a safe, supportive environment. You will be responsible for compliance with state regulations, fiscal management, staff leadership, and fostering positive relationships with families and the community.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Operations
- Manage the overall operations of two Personal Care Homes.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with state licensing and health/safety standards.
- Oversee hiring, training, and supervision of staff across both homes.
- Monitor and manage staffing schedules and payroll.
Resident Care
- Ensure delivery of high-quality care aligned with each resident’s care plan.
- Support programs for residents with mental health needs and those pursuing independent living.
- Address and resolve resident concerns and family inquiries.
- Coordinate with outside providers (mental health professionals, primary care providers, community resources).
Financial & Administrative
- Prepare and manage facility budgets.
- Track expenditures and maintain financial accountability.
- Oversee accurate documentation and compliance reporting.
- Lead both homes through state inspections and maintain readiness.
Community & Family Engagement
- Communicate regularly with residents’ families and legal representatives.
- Build relationships with healthcare and community partners.
- Promote the facilities within the community and organize family and community events.
Qualifications
- Licensed Personal Care Home Administrator (or eligible to obtain per state requirements).
- 3–5 years of management experience in personal care homes, assisted living, or healthcare-related field.
- Experience working with mental health populations preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Budgeting, reporting, and operations management experience.
- Ability to travel locally between Broadway Manor and Rockwell Manor (within driving distance).
- Willingness to provide on-call leadership as needed.
