Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture an existing personal lines book of business
- Assist clients with policy changes, cancellations, renewals, and claims support
- Deliver tailored insurance solutions through quotes and expert consultation
- Maintain accurate client records using Applied TAM (experience is a plus; training provided)
- Process payments and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to secure the best solutions for clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of personal lines insurance experience in an independent agency (required)
- Proven ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems
- Receptive to coaching and professional development
- Motivated to exceed client expectations and grow into leadership opportunities
