We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role is essential in providing effective pest management solutions to our clients, ensuring their environments are safe and pest-free. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive for customer service and sales, along with hands-on experience in pest control, lawn care, or related fields.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues.
- Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on client needs.
- Utilize various methods and tools, including hand tools and power tools, to eliminate pests effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on pest prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pest control techniques, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pest control, lawn care, landscaping, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to promote services effectively.
- Familiarity with farm machinery and tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between job sites.
- Must be able to pass background checks and adhere to safety protocols.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
