We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Pharmacy Technicians to support our growing pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate medication dispensing and regulatory compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with 1+ years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Accurately prepare, package, and dispense medications for patients.
✅ Process prescriptions efficiently, verifying patient and medication information.
✅ Perform data entry and prescription entry with precision and accuracy.
✅ Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and LTC facility staff to ensure proper medication administration.
✅ Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations, including proper documentation and reporting.
✅ Manage medication inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking expiration dates.
✅ Utilize pharmacy software to process orders, manage records, and ensure accurate billing.
✅ Provide excellent customer service and resolve medication-related inquiries from LTC facilities.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ At least 1 year of experience in Pharmacy technician experience.
✔ Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT).
✔ Strong knowledge of medication packaging, cycle fills, and automated dispensing systems.
✔ Familiarity with pharmacy regulations and medication administration protocols.
✔ Experience with data entry and prescription entry in a pharmacy setting.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with healthcare professionals.
