The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This role involves both clerical and customer service responsibilities.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, verify patient information
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
