Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate data entry of client interactions and updates in the system.
- Provide support for client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills in Spanish are preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Experience in sales or outbound calling is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions based on client needs.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
