The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, making outbound phone calls and responding to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain an organized calendar
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to support administrative functions.
- Assist with filing and maintaining office documents to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed, including clerical tasks and personal assistant duties.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area that reflects the professionalism of the organization.
Requirements
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in office management systems and software applications. (Office 365)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
