What You'll Do
- Carry out individualized pediatric physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Engage children in fun, interactive therapy sessions that align with their goals.
- Track and document patient progress in collaboration with the supervising PT.
- Review goals with families and address follow-up questions during treatment.
- Educate caregivers on home exercises, safety tips, and progress strategies.
- Reinforce the importance of consistent attendance and work with families to reschedule as needed.
- Support consistent therapy delivery—step in to assist with care when another therapist is out or a child needs continuity.
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Physical Therapy and interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (Required)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Idaho (Required)
- Pediatric experience (Preferred but not required—new grads welcome with strong interest in pediatrics!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational ability
- Collaborative, patient, and compassionate
- Passion for helping children grow through creative, play-based therapy
Compensation & Schedule
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / 1099
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
Hourly Pay Range: $52000 – $72800/yr depending on experience and employment status
Schedule Options:
- 10-hour shifts (4 days/week) or 8-hour shifts (5 days/week)
- Daytime only – No nights or weekends
- Monday to Friday / Monday to Thursday / Tuesday to Friday
