Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Piano and Voice Instructor to join our team.
Must be available week days from 2:30 to 5:30 pm starting August 11.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and experience working with children in various educational settings. This role involves teaching and guiding students in specific subjects or activities, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting the overall development of each child. The Instructor will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans and utilizing effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the varying needs of students.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to address challenges and promote positive interactions among students.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special education needs.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance instructional skills and knowledge.
Skills
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- Experience in tutoring or providing individualized support to students.
