Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Studio Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and a strong background in various exercise disciplines. As a Studio Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our instructors and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with class preparation, maintaining studio cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Assist instructors in setting up and preparing for classes, ensuring all equipment is ready for use.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space, including equipment and common areas.
- Provide support to clients by answering questions about class schedules, programs, and fitness offerings.
- Help promote studio events and programs through effective communication with clients and potential members.
- Engage with clients to foster a welcoming environment that encourages participation in classes.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new fitness programs that align with client interests.
- Stay updated on fitness trends and techniques, including kickboxing, cycling, yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, and group fitness classes.
Requirements
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and program design is preferred.
- Experience in teaching or coaching in various fitness disciplines such as kickboxing, cycling, yoga, Pilates, or dancing is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients of all fitness levels.
- Familiarity with fitness sales techniques is a plus.
- A background in personal training or sports coaching will be advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also taking initiative when needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.16 - $29.89 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
