We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Attorney to join our talented team. Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about personal injury law and eager to make a significant impact.
We welcome applications from experienced attorneys as well as exceptional 1st-year attorneys with impressive backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in personal injury cases from initial consultation through trial.
- You will work on both PRE-litigation AND on Litigation aspects of the cases
- Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and prepare legal documents.
- Negotiate settlements and handle all aspects of case management.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
- Stay current with legal developments and changes in personal injury law.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Texas (or willingness to obtain licensure).
- Strong background in personal injury law preferred.
- For 1st-year attorneys: impressive academic background and/or relevant experience.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
