Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, construction, and maintenance. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The Plumbing Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of plumbing systems to identify issues.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Execute pipe threading and welding as required for repairs or installations.
- Assemble and build plumbing components according to specifications.
- Carry out heavy lifting tasks as needed during installations or repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure efficient project completion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, tools, and safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment relevant to plumbing work.
- Experience with pipe threading techniques is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
