We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in pool maintenance and cleaning. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained, providing exceptional service that meets our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of residential and commercial pools.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to repair and maintain pool equipment.
- Conduct inspections of pool systems to identify any issues or necessary repairs.
- Balance chemical levels in pools to ensure water safety and clarity.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed on each pool.
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for equipment repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool systems and maintenance.
- Experience as a service technician in the pool or related industry is preferred.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
