We’re currently hiring a Pool Service Technician and offer one of the strongest overall compensation packages in the area.
What We Offer:
- Pay: $23–$28/hr depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (no weekends)
- Company vehicle and fuel card provided
- Paid sick leave, paid vacation (starts accruing after 90 days)

- Efficient route planning to reduce windshield time
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain, clean, and service residential and commercial pools/spas
- Test and balance water chemistry
- Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment including pumps, filters, and heaters
- Communicate clearly with customers and management
- Document service visits using a mobile app
Qualifications:
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work independently
- Strong time management skills
- Pool service experience preferred but not required (training provided)
Preferred (Not Required):
- CPO certification
- Basic plumbing or mechanical background
