We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Pool Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling pool openings and closings, weekly maintenance, power vacuuming, repairs, liner changes, and other routine service tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pool openings and closings according to company standards and customer needs
- Conduct weekly maintenance, including water testing, chemical balancing, brushing, vacuuming, and equipment inspection
- Operate power vacuums and other cleaning equipment
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.)
- Assist with liner changes and ensure proper installation
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients
- Maintain accurate records of service visits and chemical usage
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of residential and commercial pools.
- Inspect pool equipment for functionality and safety, including pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting.
- Conduct repairs on pool equipment using hand tools and power tools as necessary.
- Balance pool chemicals to ensure water quality meets safety standards.
- Troubleshoot issues with pool systems and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and any repairs made.
- Communicate with clients regarding maintenance schedules, service updates, and recommendations for improvements.
Experience
- Previous experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred.
- Familiarity with equipment repair techniques related to pool systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues with pool equipment.
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to meet client needs.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
