Responsibilities include: trash pick-up on property grounds, taking trash out of vacant apartments, pool maintenance, lawn sprinkler maintenance, light lawn & grounds maintenance, exterior light bulb replacements, light building maintenance, delivery of notices to apartments, trash and dumpster management and other tasks as assigned by the maintenance supervisor or property manager. Prior apartment experience is a plus but not required. Pool Maintenance experience is a big plus.
Required to have own, reliable transportation to and from work.
Must be reliable and able to work each day.
