The Postdoctoral Research Scholar will be responsible for leading scientific projects, performing molecular biology and cell culture assays, as well as animal work, including tissue harvesting, surgical procedures, and blood flow measurements. Furthermore, the Postdoctoral Research Scholar will also be responsible for writing grants and manuscripts, designing and executing experiments, troubleshooting, and interpreting experimental data. We are looking for an independent fellow with lab experience and team working skills.
Responsibilities:
• Work as a team with others in the lab, contributing to different research projects
• Cell culture assays.
• Molecular biology experiments.
• Histological cuts and analysis
• Rodent survival surgeries
• Animal work skills
Minimum Qualifications:
PhD in Biomedical Science
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience performing survival surgery and animal work. Experience in cell culture and molecular biology assays.
