Accurate Cleaning is a leader in the commercial cleaning industry. We service properties throughout the greater Sacramento Valley, down to Modesto, west to the Bay Area, and North as far as Redding. Power washing is essential to the cleanliness of shopping centers, office buildings, banks, and restaurants. The power washer position is responsible for cleaning the sidewalks, building exteriors, and trash enclosures at various properties.
- Work Schedule is Sunday-Thursday nights starting at 9:00 pm and ending around 5:00 am.
- You are responsible for the cleaning of sidewalks, building exteriors, and trash enclosures at shopping centers, office complexes, stand alone restaurants, etc. throughout northern California.
- Clean overspray off of windows and mullions.
- Drive a truck and trailer safely on roads and highways.
- Requires a clean DMV record. All applicants must be over the age of 23 and are required to submit their MVR (Driver History) from the DMV before a job can be officially offered.
- Ability to lift 50 + pounds.
- This job requires techs to endure cold, rain, heat, and other elements they will face when working at night. The company does have communal gear for use in the rain/cold when applicable.
