Role description:
We are looking for a motivated and entry-level BI Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on using Microsoft Power BI and various data sources (SQL, Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure) to develop business intelligence and analytics solutions for clients in the Mobility industry across the United States. As a BI Analyst, you will assist in digital transformation projects and learn to leverage data analytics tools to deliver insightful and data-driven solutions that meet client needs.
Role accountabilities:
- Assist in collaborating with clients in the Mobility industry to understand their business requirements and challenges.
- Help design, develop, and deploy Power BI solutions to create interactive and insightful dashboards and reports under the guidance of senior team members.
- Participate in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using SQL, SharePoint, Dataverse, and other data management frameworks.
- Support the delivery of business intelligence solutions to optimize decision-making processes and enhance productivity.
- Learn to set up and call APIs within Power BI to integrate external data and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital transformation and analytics within the Mobility sector.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
- Basic understanding or coursework in Microsoft Power BI, SQL, SharePoint.
- Strong interest in learning and working with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Basic experience with setting up and calling APIs (Python, R).
- Enthusiasm for digital transformation and continuous improvement.
Preferred:
- Relevant internship or project experience with Microsoft Power BI ,SQL, and Python.
- Exposure to the Mobility industry or similar sectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Basic project management skills and a client-centric approach to deliver quality solutions.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $$49,390- $79,023. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
