Job Title: Nurse Practitioner – Pulmonology (New Grads Welcome)

Salary: $110K–$120K for new grads | Up to $160K with experience
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM | No nights, weekends, or call

Overview:
In Prescott, AZ, providing care to a 55+ patient population. You’ll work independently while receiving strong clinical support and mentorship. Ideal for motivated NPs with a passion for pulmonary or internal medicine.
Responsibilities:
- Manage up to 20 patients/day with pulmonary and respiratory conditions
- Conduct assessments, prescribe treatment plans, and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians and a supportive care team
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to seniors
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in AZ (required before start)
- New grads welcome; 2+ years in internal/pulmonary care preferred
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
