Our newly built location will be opening soon and we are looking hire a fulltime Floater Teacher to support our Infant - School Age classrooms. Staff will help plan and implement an ongoing program of all activities that promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child enrolled in our care. No experience needed, willing to train the right person.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
- Bring a sense of warmth, patience, and understanding to the classroom every day.
- Is responsible for the overall supervision and daily class functions for a group of children.
- Cultivate positive relationships with the children, families, teachers, and staff.
- Implement school curriculum, and assess the developmental needs of students.

Qualifications
- Experience with children in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior and promote positive child development.
- First aid certification is a plus.
- Skills in toddler and infant care are beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with children and families.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
