Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.
Duties:
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate the intellectual and social growth of preschool-aged children
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and explore
- Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas for growth
- Collaborate with parents to support each child's individual needs and development
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or classroom setting
- Knowledge of curriculum development and implementation strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to provide physical education activities suitable for young children
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures in early childhood education
- Special education background or training is a plus
