Your Role: Preschool Teacher
Are you passionate about early childhood education? Do you love watching little minds grow? We’re looking for a caring, creative, and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our village and make a lasting impact in the lives of our little stars!
What You'll Do
- Create and lead age-appropriate lesson plans that spark joy and learning.
- Build a nurturing, engaging classroom where imagination and discovery thrive.
- Track and celebrate each child’s growth and milestones.
- Keep the conversation going with families about progress and daily activities.
- Collaborate with a team of early childhood rockstars to build a supportive school community.
- Practice positive behavior management techniques to guide little ones with care.
What You Bring
- CDA in Preschool (Required)
- Previous experience with preschool-aged children in a daycare or school setting.
- Excellent communication skills with both tiny humans and grown-ups.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and positive guidance techniques.
