- Utilize Montessori methods to create hands-on learning experiences that cater to individual student needs.
- Assess students' progress regularly and adapt teaching methods accordingly to meet diverse learning styles.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that is conducive to learning.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in daycare or private school settings is preferred.
- Strong skills in classroom management and the ability to engage students in meaningful learning experiences.
- Knowledge of literacy education techniques and early childhood development principles.
- Experience in curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Montessori principles is a plus.
- A background in early intervention strategies will be beneficial for supporting diverse learners.
