Schedule: Full Time

Shift : Monday - Friday 7:45am to 4:30pm

Location: Maitland, FL - travel to all Primary Care locations

The role you’ll contribute:

Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Primary Care Plus Concierge Educator provides training and mentoring for front-line, non-clinical, staff members. The Concierge Educator supports on-going training by assisting with developing/nurturing mission-minded team members; implementing/sustaining registration best practices; and all other trainings geared to support and ensure excellent customer care and patient safety standards. Concierge Educator will assist Trainers with training new staff in the home office and in the field. Available to work shifts as needed in the centers when not training or assist Concierge Training Team. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Must be highly engaged in establishing the Primary Care Culture in new market regions.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

  • Educates and coordinates training schedules and training for new hires
  • Supports trainee on-site (in clinic) and orients them to the roles and responsibilities
  • Plan ongoing training for all front-end staff, to include but not limited to: System training, Customer Service training, Insurance training, report training, banking training, posting training, eligibility verification, reconciliation, etc. Onsite visits for ongoing training.
  • Monitors the new team members growth/development for the first 90 days.
  • Work in collaboration with Managers/Directors on scheduling quarterly education meetings with their assigned locations.
  • Work in collaboration with Patient Experience to affirm front-line is trained on patient experience and all other culture of excellence goals
  • Assist with trainings to improve upfront collections, accuracy report, and other fiscal related goals impacted by front desk accuracy in registering patients
  • Monitors centers dashboard for the region and supports Director/Manager ongoing front-line training goals
  • Review registration errors and places action plans into place to assure steps are taken to eliminate any misunderstanding on how to input data into current system.
  • Possesses ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with all levels of employees, facilitate group processes and change.
  • Assist with new center openings by setting up clinic.
  • Assigned to work in clinic, as a Front Desk Concierge when there is a lack of trainees or education projects.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

Minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 training experience in a healthcare environment
  • Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
  • Valid in state Driver’s License with current car insurance

Preferred qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's
  • Experience in adult learner education/teaching experience
