DESCRIPTION
The WW Seller Fees Team is looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive Strategic Projects across the Fees team. This is a high-visibility role that partners closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure coordinated delivery of our most critical initiatives.
This role will lead cross-cutting projects, manage the rhythm of the business, lead planning and prioritization processes, and drive alignment across partner teams. This is an individual contributor (IC) role, ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, influence without authority, and solving ambiguous, high-impact problems.
Key job responsibilities
Program Leadership: Drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams. Track progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with leadership priorities.
Business Rhythm Management: Own key operating cadences including goal planning (OP1/OP2), WBR/MBR/QBR prep, all-hands, and staff meetings. Ownership of key operating outcomes (Revenue , OPPU), ensuring delivery against plan by input one from within and outside Fees.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as a connector across product, finance, tech, legal, and policy teams. Identify and resolve bottlenecks or misalignments proactively.
Strategic Planning : Partner with senior leaders to shape annual goals, OKRs, and long-range plans. Ensure clear documentation, accountability, and follow-through.Communications & Reporting: Create high-quality narratives, dashboards, and briefings for senior leadership and cross-Amazon stakeholders.
Special Projects: Step in to lead or support complex, unstructured initiatives that require analytical depth, cross-functional coordination, and operational judgment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as a product manager or owner

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
