This position is responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in developing, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and Go-To-Market strategies. This role involves collecting data on target audiences, conducting consumer and industry research, and analyzing market trends. The Product Marketing Specialist works on a wide range of projects including print, digital, email, and website, using various computer software to conduct research, produce copy, and align team members under cross-departmental marketing activities to developconsistent and effective marketing campaigns that drive revenue through consumer adoption, growth, and retention.
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Supports Marketing Manager in coordinating and executing marketing strategy that aligns with company strategy and goals
? Ensure that our product-relevant marketing activities are adhere to the brand messaging guidelines and resonate with our target audience
? Monitors competitors? products to identify competitive gaps and opportunities
? Works closely with other teams to develop promotional programs and tools to support the delivery of product plans and new product launches
? Conducts product training for customer success and other audiences
? Creates copy as well as working with other creative team members to produce technical content
? Updates marketing materials as needed, such as website copy, emails, blogs, images, etc, to ensure all marketing collateral features the correct, most recent product information
? Participates in planning meetings with Marketing and other teams to discuss new project needs
? Leverage marketing and sales tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc] to gather relevant information on buyers, the market, and ever-changing digital trends) Job Description
? Reviews project deadlines and launches to assist with prioritizing assignments in project management system, based on the most immediate needs of the company
? Maintains technical knowledge by attending marketing and events workshops, reviewing professional publications and participating in professional societies, staying abreast of new trends and innovations in Marketing field
? Conducts market research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior to understand our target audience?s wants, needs, pain points, and possible buying objections
? Communicates campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or use
? Organizing and maintaining an inventory and directory of marketing materials while coordinating new material creation as needed
? Developing various types of marketing deliverables, including social media posts, blog posts, print materials, emails, and website updates
