Production Operator

Solid Company is Seeking a Production Operator to Join Their 2nd Shift Team! 4 Day Work Week! Direct Hire!

Hours for the Production Operator are Monday through Thursday from 4:00pm to 2:15am

Rate of pay for the Production Operator is $24.00 per hour ($21.00 per hour plus $3.00 per hour for shift differential)

Essential Job Functions for the Production Operator Include:

• Set up, operate and monitor machine operations.
• Observe lights and gauges to detect malfunctions. Adjust controls as necessary to ensure quality and speed.
• Inspect work for defects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Will be required to clean the production line, equipment and floors

Minimum Qualifications for the Production Operator Include:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Manufacturing background preferred, but not required.
• Mechanically inclined and able to work independently.
• Team oriented.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Will be required to use a scissor lift and go up 40 feet.
• Must be knowledgeable of all manufacturing safety procedures
