About the Role
We’re looking for Professional Engagement Specialists to drive superfood brand success at high-velocity events across San Diego. Using our PRISM performance system, you’ll master the art of engagement, converting customers, and boosting rebuy rates inside premium grocery chains and wellness retailers.
Your Impact
- Lead high-velocity brand activations at Whole Foods, Sprouts, and local specialty markets
- Use PRISM-driven sales techniques to drive sales velocity and maximize conversions
- Build shopper trust through education-based engagement and create lasting brand loyalty
- Track event performance metrics and provide key insights to brand partners
- Ensure your territory stays fully stocked, well-merchandised, and competitive on the shelf
