Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Professional Pet Groomer with incredible work ethic to join our Bennington team! In this role, you will be required to lift up to 50lbs +, stand for hours at a time, provide exceptional client care, and produce beautiful grooms. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of grooming experience; cat grooming experience is a plus!

Responsibilities
- Approach clients at drop-off and pick-up in a friendly and professional manner.
- Keep client cards up-to-date on all necessary information.
- Provide education to clients on grooming services, appropriate tools and coat maintenance.
- Use Booxi for viewing/editing appointments and client communication.
- Maintain an organized and clean grooming environment.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of grooming tools.
- Engage in clear communication when working with team members and clients.
- Be incredibly detail-oriented and punctual with exceptional time management.
Requirements
This job requires employees to lift up to 50+ lbs. The employee will be required to handle and groom a variety of dogs, communicate with clients and vet clinics by phone, schedule grooming appointments, clean and maintain the grooming salon, and doing laundry.
This job has flexible hours with Saturday required. 12 hour shifts offered if desired.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
