Requirements for the Position:
Consistent and Open Availability: Maintain availability during designated shifts.

Reliable Transportation: Possess a dependable car for commuting to visits, especially emphasizing reliability in winter weather conditions.
Smartphone Competency: Have a smartphone capable of handling various apps and data.
Commitment: Demonstrate the ability to commit to at least a one-year term.

Holiday Availability: Be available to work at least 2 of the 3 major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's).
Home Care Prowess: Maintain a neat and tidy appearance while working in the client's home.

Reliability and Responsibility: Exhibit reliability and responsibility in all aspects of the job.

Earnings:
- New sitters can expect to earn $500-$900 per month during the training period (2-3 months).
- Consistent acceptance of new visits leads to earning between $1400-$2200 per month.
- Work between 10-30 hours each week.

Pay:
- Starting pay: $15.50 per hour + pay for mileage + tips.
