Work you’ll do 

Deloitte is seeking a Program Manager to provide Program Management, Administrative Support, Acquisition Management, Contracts Management, and Data Analytics Management services in support of long-term maritime dominance initiatives. This essential role is responsible for achieving program and project objectives and milestones by enabling the timely and successful implementation of new technologies. The Program Manager will oversee the entire program acquisition lifecycle, from pre-systems acquisition through sustainment, and must demonstrate expertise in acquisition, administration, and data analytics to drive program initiatives. Responsibilities include managing program activities, supporting contract and acquisition processes, leveraging data analytics for informed decision-making, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and mitigate risks, all in support of the client’s mission and objectives.

  • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely documentation, reports, and briefings.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact and coordinate with government stakeholders.
  • Support program planning, analysis, and management of cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Develop and maintain program management data, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate and document meetings, conferences, and working groups.
  • Review and analyze studies, reports, and contractor deliverables.
  • Support acquisition and contracts management, including spend plan development and funding reviews.
  • Create and deliver graphics, presentations, and multimedia materials as required.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet government directives, best practices, and quality standards.
  • Develop and present virtual training to stakeholder throughout the client's organization.

Qualifications 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  • Active Secret security clearance required.
  • Ability to work fully onsite at the clients designated location in San Deigo, CA. 
  • 10 + years of professional experience in program or project management.
  • 5 + years of experience in an Agile team structure.
  • 5 + years of experience in Federal Consulting and/ or professional services.
  • 3 + years of experience supporting and presenting training in a virtual environment. 

Preferred: 

  • Familiarity with government program management processes and documentation standards.
  • Active project management professional certification.
  • Expertise in program, and project management tools and methodologies.
  • Previous experience presenting, reporting, and collaborating with clients or other stakeholders to meet timelines, and project objectives.
  • Knowledgeable in adhering to security protocols, data protection regulations, and foreign disclosure policies regarding sensitive information

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700 to $229,500. 

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
