The Opportunity

An opportunity to step into a Project Assistant role within this leading private sector development firm. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, flexibility, and working with people.

Your Role Will See You

  • Provide administrative support to the Development Director, arranging travel, managing schedules and compiling project information
  • Provide key information and feedback to external consultants and development partners
  • Assist in obtaining further information for variations to projects
  • Prepare and organise contract documentation, reports and records
  • Support with client onboarding and off-boarding, ensuring clear and proactive communication
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and site visits
  • Attend meetings and take minutes where required, following up any outstanding project matters and support with resolving any issues
  • Provide general administration to the Senior Development Managers
  • Assist with marketing, communications and customer relationships

Proven experience in a project admin or team support role (property sector experience is a bonus).
